For our full property search service, we work under a search agreement. Our fee is:

The fee is only payable if the search results in the purchase of a property.
When a property is listed with another estate agent, we aim to work together whenever possible. In that case, the agency fee is shared between the two agencies and our fee is usually covered in full by the selling agent, at no additional cost to you.
If, as part of our search, we find a property that is not yet on the market and the owner appoints us to handle the sale, our standard sales fees apply. In that case, no separate property search fee is charged.

We agree a fee with you in advance, based on the level of support you require.
+ 0,45 € per kilometre travelled
This amount includes a visit to the property, an analysis of its features and its market positioning, and the delivery of a written, well-substantiated valuation report.
The fee of €240 will be fully refunded if an exclusive sales mandate is signed with Beldemora within 6 months of the valuation.
