This beautiful authentic country house is exceptionally situated. At the end of a small road, at the edge of a forest, with a dominant position offering a beautiful view of the valleys, and without any close neighbours.
The house was completely refurbished ten years ago with great taste and with the use of authentic materials (terracotta, old wooden doors, fireplaces and beamed ceiling). The roofs have been renewed and the living room has underfloor heating.
You enter a cosy entrance hall with large terracotta floors and a wood stove. On the right side of the hall a bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin and toilet). On the left side you first enter an intermediate room/library with a fireplace. Here you have a nice view over the valley. Then a large living space with a fitted open kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace. Underfloor heating under the beautiful terracotta floor and a beautiful beamed ceiling in this living space.
On the first floor a spacious attic, where two rooms could be created.
Downstairs another bedroom, a living room, a shower room and the tiled laundry room.
The boiler room next to the house is accessible from the outside.
Outside there is a terrace and a flat grass area next to the main house. A swimming pool could perfectly be built here. The beautiful garden can be irrigated thanks to a well, which is equipped with a pump. Nearby, a footpath winds through the forest.
The beautiful barn has a large canopy that provides a parking space for two cars. Both the beautiful beam structure and the old stone walls are in a good condition. Inside the barn, the floor consists of a concrete section and a gravel section. This barn offers a lot of potential.
